AR Specialist (2-month placement)
MySpace, the online space which has revolutionized the way people interact, communicate, and discover pop culture, is seeking a sharp, enthusiastic and aspiring AR Specialist to join the Finance & Accounting team.
Working directly with the UK team, this is a great opportunity for someone to gain experience within an innovative online media environment.
Responsibilities include:
Billing
• Raise invoices and relevant reporting to specific deadlines.
• Accounts reconciliations.
• Maintain customer files.
• Investigating and resolving client queries.
• General admin and ad-hoc tasks.
Collections
• Collection and allocation of payments.
• Regular debtors reporting.
Credit
• Maintain good credit management procedures.
• Credit checks and related admin.
Experience:
• Degree qualified.
• Past accounts experience and use of Oracle all desirable but not essential.
• Good knowledge of Excel important.
• Enthusiastic, quick learner.
• Good communication skills and customer service focus.
• Keen to pursue a career in accounts in the media industry.
You must be eligible to be resident and entitled to work in the country in which the position is located.
