The GJS Graduate Internship programme is a new funded scheme to offer graduates the chance to work in businesses & gain valuable employability skills. The scheme is aimed at unemployed graduates, ideally from 2008 or 2009.
***You must have permission to work in the UK for the duration of the internship period.***

The Employer:
Artswork is a national independent youth arts development agency specialising in work with young people aged 12 -25, with a focus on those deemed to be at risk. As well as direct work with young people Artswork also provides a range of creative services for professionals using the arts in their work with young people.
The Opportunity:
An intern working full-time with our Artsplan Department will enable Artsplan to increase our marketing of courses, thus increasing our bookings and our income generation ensuring that more money can be invested in our direct work with young people at risk.
What will be the principle duties and responsibilities:
• Assisting with the marketing and promotion of Artsplan training courses and publications;
• Developing the marketing database for each region;
• Assisting with the evaluation of courses;
• Assist with pre-administration required for training courses;
• Assist with co-ordination of training days (venue hire/ catering/ access requirements etc);
• General administrative support.
