Employer Top Tip

‘The students did not fill out the required application form, which showed they had not read the job spec - not a good start! They were all emailed and told they needed to complete an application pack as CVs were not accepted. Few actually filled out a form, which tends to show a scatter gun approach.

Students must read a job description and fulfil the basic requirements of the application process before they will even get the employer to print off their application.’
