Dear ##FIRSTNAME##

Welcome to the May edition of the Graduate Jobs South newsletter.

GJS is a joint initiative between Southampton Solent University the University of Southampton, and the University of Winchester to encourage students to find placements, voluntary work and graduate level jobs while they study, and to promote and find opportunities for graduates to remain or return to the region after graduation to work for local companies, helping to grow the regional economy.

GJS advertises opportunities and businesses from the 'South central' area of the UK, e.g. the counties and towns of Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Dorset, Wiltshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Surrey and Sussex.

The graduating force of 2009.....

This year's graduates are currently finishing off exams, with most of them finishing their studies by mid-June. It is a great time to advertise for a graduate for your business, whether you have a short-term project or graduate vacancy that needs filling, GJS can quickly and easily find you talented individuals.

"The support that I received from GJS was excellent.  The speed of service and the calibre of  the candidates applying for the advertised post of 'Research Assistant' was impressive.  The final outcome was very positive as we appointed from the GJS candidates.  I would highly recommend this service." Maggie Moss, Enterprise Projects and Delivery Manager, Southampton Solent University.
