Great, Email is perfect.  Only thing is we rather like receiving CV's as we go along rather than in one batch.

The calibre of graduates applying for the role

Good calibre overall, although some mixed results.

The interview process

Great, we have a good system for this now.

How this scheme differs from the way you normally recruit

Really like the opportunity to be able to ‘test drive’ graduates and see how they perform for the company.  We can then offer them a position if we want to although crucially there is no implied long-term commitment.  Great scheme!
