What made this role attractive to apply to?

From being unsuccessful with finding employment, an internship seemed more accessible, and combined two of my interests - marketing and design.

Did you apply for more than one internship?

Yes I applied for several and the two I attended an interview for I was accepted by both (one as a joint internship which I turned down).

Tell us about the interview process with the employer.

There was one interview with two directors from the company, this was very relaxed and informal, not the usual structure - no difficult questions just asking about what I had done to date and presenting my work. I was then contacted a week later with an offer.

Any other thoughts or comments?

Just to get as many businesses as you can to sign up to the scheme as it helps people in my situation into employment.
